Meet the Team at King’s Lynn Town Hall

At King’s Lynn Town Hall we pride ourselves on customer excellence.

Meet our dedicated team and find out a little more about their stories!

Sam

Operations Manager

Sam is the Operations Manager for King’s Lynn Town Hall and Stories of Lynn, and has been in post since 2014, but has been part of the Borough Council since 2001.

Sam is responsible for the day to day operations of both facilities, and still gets goose bumps every time she walks into our beautiful venue! You can often find her dealing with brides and grooms, organising our bookings, and leading her great team like a trooper!

Having got married at the Town Hall in 2017 Sam can give wedding information from personal experience.

Tim

Duty Officer

Tim is one of our Duty Officers and has worked at the Town Hall since 2015.

Tim can often be found setting up for events, carrying out maintenance tasks with his trusty tools in hand, and front of house, suited and booted at weddings.

In his spare time Tim loves spending time with his family, trying his hand at DIY, and showing off his culinary skills, mostly through BBQ’s! He is never happier than when relaxing in front of the TV with a much loved cuppa!

Toni

Duty Officer

Toni joined the team at King’s Lynn Town Hall in February 2018, and has worked at the Borough Council since 2003.  In her spare time Toni likes to go out walking with Rosie the English Bull Terrier and loves spending time with her grandson.  She also likes to go out running when she has spare time to blow the cobwebs away.

Caroline

Duty Officer

Caroline is one of our Duty Officers and is the newest member of our team.  Having worked within the leisure industry for the past 30 years,  she is looking forward to an exciting new challenge working at the Town Hall. Caroline loves meeting new people and is looking forward to having the opportunity to show off the Town Hall in all its splendour!

Outside of work Caroline enjoys spending time with her family and friends and walking her dog, Stanley!
